- Updated for The Cossacks and 1.15. This includes many changes done by Paradox that may not be listed here.
- Random New World have been disabled until further notice.
- Vintage map sub-mod has been updated for 1.15.
- Added new Realm Management and Government systems.
- Realm Management is a new area-based control system for administering your realm. An available decision drives an event which allows individual areas to have policy-like effects worked within them to manage autonomy, taxation, and garrisons to name a few.

- Lowered size of Moriscos rebels.
- 10 and 30 local autonomy now give step reductions to governance to help limit the spread of LA from insufficient bureaucracy.
- Fixed: Glogow getting double liberty buildings.
- Fixed: Combat unit position in Hai Phong.
- Fixed: Westphalia formation requires Magdeburg instead of Massa.
- Bonus for Medici and Sforza dynasties now available to small nations instead of just Florence/Tuscany and Milan/Romagna.

- Despotic Monarchy now gets 10% income from vassals at Empire rank instead of autonomy reduction.
- No longer possible to use temporary CBs on behalf of subjects.
- Removed Anti coalition CB.
- Changed country colors of Bar, Bashkiria, Bavaria, Verden, Greece, Hamburg, and Romania.
- Trebizond no longer gets leader names based on the football team.
- Castilian Civil War disaster is now only available for Castile.
- English Civil War disaster also requires owning a province in the British Isles.
- Internal Conflicts disaster now needs 1 less stability to end, as well as no more active rebellions.
- Missionary Strength values have been reverted to the original (pending development update).

- Christian faiths no longer have a modifier on their provinces.
- Reformed: Now gives +1 advisor pool instead of monthly fervor.
- Fixed: Changing to Reformed faith will now give a CoR (if available) if country had previously gotten reformation money.
- Hussite: All western Christian provinces can now be target of the initial province conversion on religion change.
- Anabaptist: Tolerance of the true faith modifier increased.
- Converting to Orthodox now lowers prestige and gives conversion zeal.
- Shiite: Changed advisor cost reduction to land morale.
- Ibadi: Changed heretic tolerance to naval morale.
- Vajrayana: Lowered land morale bonus.
- Shinto: No longer gives heathen tolerance malus. Mercantilism action no longer available if already at max mercantilism.
- Sikhism: Increased mil tech cost reduction. Can now convert to Jainism.
- Jainism: Can now convert to Hinduism and Sikhism. Changed bonus to diplomatic reputation and relations. Converting has prestige hit and gives religious zeal. No longer uses piety.
- African paganism: Conversion between religions no gives zeal. No longer lowers stability, but instead lowers prestige.
- Changed the map colors of some religions.
- Increased base number of building slots to 2.
- Climate no longer affects building costs.
- Arctic provinces get -1 building slot.
- Provincial tax income no longer affects local spy defense.
- Capitals no longer have a -10% development cost.
- Lowered settler chance based on colony level.
- Native aggressiveness no longer affects settler chance.

- Astrakhan is no longer Shamanist and a rival of Kipchak.
- Bashkiria is now a horde.
- Chagatai no longer historical friend of Shaybanids.
- Crimea is Sunni instead of Orthodox, no longer friends with Georgia. (Does not apply to Glory of Byzantium)
- Kipchak now starts with the Horde Overlord modifier.
- Kazan is now Sunni instead of Shamanist. No longer rival of Crimea.
- Mongolia is now Tengri.
- Kashgaria is now a Sunni Iqta in the Chinese tech group.
- Khazak is now Sunni instead of Shamanist.
- Manchu is now nomad tech.
- Nogai and Shaybanids are Sunni instead of Tengri. No longer have any rivalry or friendships.

- Mission to get an alliance with someone now requires higher opinion before it shows up. And no longer targets nation with a core in your lands.

- Replaced most autonomy reduction modifiers with other modifiers.

- Forming Mongols now gives a permanent claim on a large part of Asia.
- Forming Mughals no longer requires reforming from Horde.

- Poland's move capital to Warsaw no longer costs money. Also gives +1 base production.
- Removed Poland's decision to form union with Lithuania (now handled via event).
- Removed Church tax, Superintendents, Suffragan of Bishop Act decisions.
- Lowered number of buildings on farmlands by 1. Lowered cost of farmlands in nation designer. Farmlands also give a development cost reduction.
- Missions to get a base on the spice islands now check that you don't already have a presence there. And that they're in range.
- Buddhism event modifiers now last longer, for the most part.
- Embassy to Ceylon event no longer requires Ceylon to exist. Just a Theravada nation owning Kandy.
- Colonial nations that gain independence now gain their government based on tech level.
- Muslims can now get Talented Daughter event. No longer more common with older rulers.
- Lowered Karma loss for re-electing the ruler in an election.
- Removed Dawn of a New Era empire event.
- Wedding Bells event will no longer give an heir if the nation already has an heir. Lowered prestige loss.
- Hunting Accident no longer gives unrest in all provinces.
- Pirate raids will now give one yearly event instead of a bunch of pop-ups per province.
- Reclamation of the Bengal Delta event also includes the Bengal Delta province.
- Added vanilla flavor events for Denmark.
- Delhi's Lodi Dynasty events no longer have a year requirement. And no longer have triggers that are impossible to meet.
- England's Thomas Gresham advisor is now discounted like all other event-created advisors.
- England's W. Pitt the Elder advisor will now appear in London instead of Arezzo, Italy. In other words, the event will actually give you the advisor, instead of whoever owns Arezzo.
- England will no longer get the Lack of an Heir event if the HYW has not advanced to the stage where they are eligible to get the War of the Roses.
- France's Permanent Taxation System events requires ownership of Paris. Cannot occur before 1430.
- Increased chance of getting Geona's Andrea Doria event.
- Fixed multiple issues with the Greek Separatism event.
- Austria's The Purge of the Archbishop of Salzburg event now requires Salzburg to have at least 3 base tax.
- Hungary's Mattias Corvinus event now requires a country with von Habsburg dynasty that doesn't have a regency.
- Fixed Hungary's Advance of the Turks event giving Transylvanian cores to the wrong provinces.
- Added vanilla events for Lithauania, Norway, Russia, and Sweden.
- Fixed capital of Verkhoturye.
- Various Mamluks events that had an effect on Cairo now requires Mamluks to own Cairo.
- Tuat is no longer colonized. Morroco now has an event that gives it to them.
- Persia's Isfahan Construction now sets Isfahan as capital.
- Poland's union over Lithuania is now handled via event.
- Poland-Teutonic rivalry now ends when Poland vassalizes Teutons.
- Iberian Wedding now requires Castile to have 14+ provinces.
- Castile's Discovery of the New World now gives more prestige.
- Fixed: Some disasters did not have an icon.
- Fixed some Janissary events setting the wrong flag.
- Hindu event Funeral at Ganges now checks all provinces that have the Ganges, not just some of them.
- Withdrawn Contemplation ruler modifier from Sadyojata event now has a duration.
- Inca can no longer get their heir marriage match event if the heir is female.
- Radical mercantilism reform events can no longer occur more than once per country. Increased monarch power gained.
- Ramadan and Hajj events will no longer continue if the country stops being Muslim while they were in progress.
- Turning Hagia Sophia into a Mosque event requires Constantinople to not be a Muslim religion.
- Zubaidah bint Ja'far no longer requires owning a Muslim province in Arabia.
- Can no longer get Serafeddin Sabuncuoglu before 1430.
- Spice Trade price change event now also affects Cloves, Cinnamon, and Nutmeg.
- Little Ice Age price change event now also affects Rice, Millet, Maize, and Livestocks.
- Cork Bottle Stoppers price change event increase price of wine by 25% instead of 50%.
- Permanent Navies price change event now also increases the price of Hemp.
- Decline of the Spice Trade price change event now also affects Cloves, Cinnamon, and Nutmeg.
- Financial Disagreements event gives less inflation.
- Overspending event costs less income.
- Sikhism: Guru Arjan affects PUnjab instead of Lahore.
- Removed Financial Ruin event.

- Theocracy: Foreign Noble heir requires neighbor of same religion. Merchant's Son gives more income and less devotion.
- Abolishing slavery changes the trade good of owned provinces with slaves.
- Trade Company events: PROVINCENAME Massacre event requires a bigger trade company. Lowered MTTH, but scales with size of country.
- Trade Company events: Expand Trade Company event will not give claims on provinces owned by allies, own subjects, or countries with truce.
- Northwest Ordinance event requires owning a province in Great Lakes or Canada.
- Articles of Confederation event no longer requires Northwest Ordinance.
- West Africa: The Sultanate of [Country] event now requires that Turkey owns Constantinople instead not Burgogne.

- Women in History rulers now have fixed stats.

- Cultural spread event now checks for province development instead of base tax.
- Unification of Japan event no longer set to fire only once.
- Nation formation decisions now give permanent claims.

- Hordes can no longer get Scandal at the Court, Plot Discovered, The Need for an Heir, A Poor Marriage, Cardinal Seeks a Favour, and Wardship events.
- Religion spread from Purity policy will not affect provinces of the syncretic religion.
- Vassal integration speed based on religion will also look at syncretic religion.
- VeF's 30-years war CB not available with Art of War.
- Ghazi CB is available for Osman instead of Turkey.
- Split the Russia formation decision into 3 (Novgorod, Muscovy, and generic).
- Fixed Karin's capital name. Changed trade goods to grain.
- Hungary's Mattias Corvinus event now checks that only a non-subject can get the CB. And all Habsburgs non-subjects will get the CB, and not just one of them.
- Removed tech limit of Italy formation. :(
- Naxos (tag) is now Venetian instead of Lombard.

- Fixed issue where province conquest events would fire if a war was ended within 45 days of integrating a subject.
- Japan's unique emperor (unplayable) government now gives 200% heir chance instead of diplomatic relations.
- Regents will now use Regent as ruler title. King rank female regents will use Queen Regent.
- Changed heathen tolerance malus in Alwa ideas to tolerance of the true faith.
- AI will no longer take the purity policies if religious unity is at least 80.
- AI will no longer take the purity policies if either heathen or heretic tolerance is at least 0.5.
- AI will no longer take the purity policies if they have a national idea that gives them +2 heretic tolerance or +3 heathen tolerance.
- AI will no longer take the tolerance policies if both heretic and heathen tolerance is at least 2.
- Removed unused books trade good.
- Gems is now a regular trade good, instead of a gold-type trade good.
- Fixed noble regency event option increasing the diplomatic stat of the regency by 2 before replacing it with a noble regent.
- Fixed some Mamluk reform issues with the wrong variable being changed.

- Moved a province in Siberia that was detached from the Novgorod trade node into the Astrakhan trade node.
- Regensburg now starts with a Stadtrat (City Council) that gets replaced with a ruler when starting the game instead of a ruler called Stadtrat that gets replaced with a ruler when it dies.
- Mamluks now start with most of Syria.
- Adjusted all centers of trade. There should no longer be Coastal Centers of Trade inland. (Main mod only).
- ROM can no longer form Greece.
- PQR can no longer be formed by Byzantium.
- ROM can also be formed by nations with the Roman lost culture (Nation Designer culture).
- Forming ROM and PQR will now change culture to Roman.
- Removed triggered modifiers that gave 0.5 Yearly Prestige for owning Constantinople, Venice, Alexandria, Beijing, Vijayanagar, and Naples. They are now province modifiers on the provinces themselves.
- Removed triggered modifiers that gave some faction influence to Byzantium, Russia, and Persia if they had the Pious, Warmomger, Dove, Hawk, or Strong ruler traits. These modifiers are now part of the ruler traits themselves.
- Removed the Church Taxes triggered modifier of Archbishopric governments. It is now part of the government's modifiers.
- Removed the Barbary Government triggered modifier of the Barbary Pirates government. It is now part of the government's modifiers.
- Removed various triggered modifiers that gave faction influence. They are now tied directly to the condition that triggered them. e.g. Instead of Byzantium getting -0.05 Militarist faction influence for having 8+ War Exhaustion, they will now get scaling Militarist influence based on their War Exhaustion.
- Forming the Latin Empire no longer has anything to do with Italy.
- Added Realm Management option on a national level.
- Added Realm Management option on a regional level.
- Lithuania's conversion to Catholic is now part of the main mod instead of GoB.
- Byzantium's decision to form the Latin Empire is now only visible if they become Catholic.
- Byzantium falling to Crusaders will remove the Religion Center modifier from Constantinople.
- Theodosian Walls are removed when the starting fortification period ends.
- Fixed issue where the event to clear the Schism modifiers could trigger before the modifiers had a chance to be applied.
